Ingredients:
5 ripe tomatoes;
1/2 medium onion;
1/2 chili pepper (optional);
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro;
3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
Olive oil;
Salt to taste.
Instructions:
Chop the tomatoes and onion.
Dice the chili pepper (remove the seeds).
Combine tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
Mix well and add lemon juice and salt.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, mix again, and it’s ready!
