Ingredients:
1 kg chicken drumettes;
3 cloves of garlic;
1/2 tablespoon salt;
1/2 teaspoon black or cayenne pepper;
2 tablespoons vinegar;
All-purpose flour;
Barbecue sauce.
Instructions:
Season the chicken drumettes with salt, garlic, pepper, and vinegar. Preferably, let them marinate for a few hours.
In a bowl, place some all-purpose flour, and then coat the drumettes in the flour.
In a pan, heat a sufficient amount of oil over medium heat.
Fry the drumettes in the hot oil until golden brown.
Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Place the drumettes on a tray, and using a silicone brush, coat both sides of the drumette with barbecue sauce.
Tip: Optionally, you can enhance the barbecue sauce by mixing in a bit of very spicy hot sauce.
